How can I check the status of my order?
The status of your order can be found on xouer.com. To check your order status, log in to your account page and select “Order History”. From this page you can see detailed order information about your current and past orders.
If your order has shipped, you will see the tracking number.
Please note: You must be logged in to your account at the time of the purchase for your order to reflect in the Order History. If you use guest checkout, this function is not available.
What should I do if I need to update or cancel my order?
To provide the best possible service for our customers, we begin processing an order as soon as the order is placed. Because we may have started the processing of your xouer.com order immediately, we cannot update or cancel orders.
Please note that we offer price adjustments only within 7 days of your order being shipped.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged when your order is placed. If you attempted to place an order, but were unsuccessful, some credit cards and/or bank establishments do place a hold for the failed amount. This is not a charge to the card, but a held authorization on the banking side.

Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes, our website includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
How can I qualify for Free Shipping?
We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders with a subtotal of $50 USD and over! For orders with a subtotal exceeding $100 USD and over, we will upgrade your Free Standard Shipping to Free 2-Day Priority Shipping.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can see the shipment status. Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours for the tracking information to register on the carrier’s website.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once your order is placed and received in our system, you’ll get a confirmation email with your order number. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 business hours to appear on the courier’s site. If your tracking number shows as unavailable, it likely means your package is still waiting to be picked up and scanned in by the carrier.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Xouer business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays and shipping time will vary based on location.
In addition to processing time, it may take anywhere from 5-12 business days from the date your order was shipped to receive your order. Shipping time is an estimate and will vary based on the location of your shipping address.
Please keep in mind that when we have an influx of orders during sales, peak periods, and holiday time periods the processing of your order could take longer.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
What is the Xouer Return Policy?
We accept the exchange or return of products purchased online through Xouer.com within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping cost will then be calculated when begin the process of your return. Our system will calculate the cost based on the shipping location and the maximum fee is $7.95 USD. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be taken from your refund amount. *International orders are final sale and cannot be returned without exceptions.
Xouer will issue a refund for returns received that are unwashed, unworn, unused and in original condition with the packing slip and tags attached in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund or exchange.
Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for online store credit. Xouer merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originated retailer.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Democracy offers returns at a maximum fee of $7.95 USD and free exchanges for orders shipping within the U.S. To start your return or exchange, please proceed to our Returns Portal. All returns and exchanges must be shipped/mailed to the address on the return label.

When will my exchange order ship?
Once the return label tracking # for the return package status has been updated to "in transit" on the FedEx website, our system will automatically place the exchange order for the new items requested. At that time, you will receive a separate email notifying you of the new exchange order.
Can I make an exchange for a different size range?
Yes, you can! Just keep in mind that different size ranges have different style numbers, so it won’t count as an even exchange.
How do I ship my return?
Once you’ve started your return on our Returns Portal:
Enclose a copy of the packing slip in your return package.
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package, if possible. Adhere return shipping label provided by email for your approved return to the package.
Drop off the package to any authorized FedEx drop-off location within 28 days. (We suggest dropping off your package at a physical location so that you can receive a confirmation receipt for your safekeeping.)
Upon receiving and processing your returned order, you will receive notification of your refund or exchange. Please note, if this is a return to exchange, the exchange order will be placed once the return label status has been updated to "in transit" on the FedEx website.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at the Xouer warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) after the day the package is received by our warehouse. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacture error or a shipping error on our part.
Your bank may require 2-14 business days (Monday-Friday) to reflect the return transaction once we process the return. Typically debit and credit cards with regional banks take 5-14 business days.
